DJ DUCE: Having been a DJ for two decades, DJ Duce is well versed in the music industry. He began Djing on old school turntables and with the advancement of technology he now utilizes such equipment as Technics SL-1200MK2 Turntables and a VMX 300 Behringer Mixers and Rane Serato Scratch Live. He has Djed at some of the most exclusive private events for major label artists. His love for music and the passion to assist artists get their music heard is what has inspired DJ Duce for many years. He has been able to successfully produce a Podcast Radio
Show called "West Up Show", which is dedicated to help. West Coast artists and producers get their music played. The show is dedicated to help independent artists as well as releasing exclusive music from mainstream artists such as E40, Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, and DJ Quick; to name a few. "West Up Show" has now been running consecutively for two years and promoting talented artists in the independent and major realm.
DJ Duce is now producing his latest show called "Independence Day", which is dedicated to showcase indie artists from all genres of music. DJ Duce works diligently in finding talent with music that is unique in production and lyrically stimulating with a clean mix. His advice for aspiring Djs is to keep up with the latest DJ equipment and to always stay ahead of the music trends. DJ Duce also thanks his supporters for continuously showing him love and helping him promote indie talent through his shows.

Q: How did you get the name DJ Rhythm? A: I went through may different DJ names when I was younger before I became DJ Rhythm. It was just something I could relate to because I like the different types of music.
Q: What made you get into DJing?
A: Growing up in the streets I was headed in the wrong in the direction. My cousins Greg & Junior Lopez introduced me into a different way of life. I fell in love the music and how people reacted to it.
Q: Your mixing is very versatile, tell us about that.
A: I enjoy listening to and playing all different types of music. I like to appeal to all age groups; the youngsters of today and to the more mature crowd. I will play music from the 70's all the way to the most recent depends on what the crowd is feeling.

Q: What events have you DJed?
A: I have been the main DJ for most of Modesto's downtown events which include Summer-Fest, Latin-Fest, Cinco de Mayo block party, and X-fest. All range from 3,000 - 18,000 people; Not to mention all the various artists the have been brought down for concerts in and outside of Palladium night club. Q: What are your goals?
A: My goals in life as a DJ are to bring out new music and have everyone enjoy it the way I do.
Q: Any advice for aspiring DJs?
A: My advice for other DJs is to keep it real and just do you. That's what I do.
DJ TURBUlLANCE has been spinning in some of the hottest clubs from LA to Vegas to Miami and New York since 1997. He has Jjed at the biggest concerts and festivals not to mention rap battles. He utilizes the best DJ equipment such as Technics 1200s, Shure M447 needles, Pioneer 2000 headphones, Macbook Pro, Serato Scratch Live 4, Novation Dicers, Rane 56/57 mixer.
With many upcoming shows DJ Turbulance promises to entertain many more people with his interesting mixes. He's mixes are very unpredictable and high energy! You are able to lose yourself and enjoy the sound that DJ Turbulance creates.
He plans on growing as a music producer and entertain people at fun venues around the globe. For five years, DJ Turbulance also was a DJ on one of the hottest radio stations, POWER 106; which was a dream come true for him!
His advice for aspiring DJs is to, "Keep practicing, study the history of the music that you're playing, record yourself, put out your mixes for the world to enjoy, and most importantly have fun." DJ Turbulance has a special message for all his supporters as well, "Thanks for the love and support throughout these years! It's truly a blessing from God. I've had an amazing journey and I hope to see you all at my next event.
